OVEN BAKE

Cooking time: 25-25 Minutes

For best results: Defrost fully before cooking, place sausages on a baking tray and oil them all round. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 190 C / 375 F or Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, add 5-10 minutes more for the Cumberland.

Tips: Lightly salt them to help the skin crisp up a little. Don’t cut links until they are done, this will help to keep all those juices in. Avoid pricking them, you will only loose goodness and they may split as a result.
